I came across JIV Sport while looking for figure skating gear online. The website looks clean and professional. Products are well-photographed. Prices seem reasonable. Nothing felt off.
So I placed an order and paid.
That was 20 days ago.
My order never arrived. No shipping confirmation. No tracking number. Nothing in my inbox except the original payment receipt.
I reached out to their customer support. Sent emails. Waited patiently. Checked my spam folder just in case.
Still nothing. No reply. No update. No refund.
Twenty days of silence from a brand that was quick enough to take my money.
I’m not here to make accusations. I’m sharing what happened to me — because if you’re about to spend your hard-earned money on this site, you deserve to know.
Before you order from JIV Sport:
- Pay only via credit card, so you can dispute the charge
- Screenshot everything: order confirmation, payment proof, emails
- If you’ve already ordered and received no response, contact your bank immediately and file a chargeback
I wish someone had warned me before I clicked “Buy.”
